How Our Repair Process Works

Call or book online to schedule a repair assessment with one of our audiologists or hearing care professionals.
2. Device Inspection & Diagnosis:
We’ll inspect your hearing aid in-clinic, diagnose the issue, and explain your options. Some repairs can be done on-site while you wait.
3. In-House or Manufacturer Repair:
If the repair is minor, we’ll handle it in-house. For more complex issues, we’ll liaise with the manufacturer and provide an estimated return date.
4. Final Check & Return:
Once your device is repaired, we’ll test it thoroughly and ensure it’s functioning correctly before returning it to you.
